Application processing entails providing information to a medical examination facility and we may use an affiliated company to complete the agent portion of application processing. We will not sell information you provide nor act as a lead generator for any third party agents or insurance companies. Your information is anonymous until you complete an Application Request.

However, certain data such as birth date and smoker status is maintained by Integrated Benefits & Insurance Services Inc.  for analytical use, downstream marketing and tracking. For example, we gather information as to which features of our site are visited most frequently to improve our site. Subsequently, we may advise you of benefit enhancements that may be of value to you. Insurance Companies
When you send the Application Request, Integrated Benefits & Insurance Services Inc. will complete an application for the company(s) you select which will be sent to you for your authorization and signature. All insurance companies require personal, health and habit information to evaluate your insurability. An insurance company-paid medical examination is usually required. Certain Right to Privacy regulations protect the information you provide to the insurance companies.
