Integrated Benefits and Insurance Services, Inc. was Founded by Dave Cox in 1981.
He graduated from the University of San Diego in 1961 with a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration. He also has a Master of Science
Degree in Taxation and was a Chartered Life Underwriter and a
Chartered Financial Consultant. Dave previously represented the
citizens of the First District in the California State Senate. Dave
was recognized as a leader in his field.
Maggie Cox
graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a
Bachelors Degree in Political Science. She has worked in the
insurance industry since 1984 and holds a special license enabling
her to market Long Term Care products in California.
Sarah Aquino
graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a
Bachelors Degree in Sociology and has worked in the insurance
industry since 1999.
Tim O'Leary
joined Integrated Benefits in 2004 with over 18 years experience as
an insurance agent working with individuals and small businesses on
their life, health and disability insurance needs. In addition to
assisting you with your individual insurance needs, he is an
employee benefits consultant specializing in small group benefit
plan design and implementation. He earned a B.A. from UC Santa
